AI call to CRM automation pipeline
A reusable Make.com and Retell AI pipeline that turns each AI-handled call into a CRM record, a booking and, when needed, an emergency alert.

The challenge
An AI receptionist is only useful if every call reliably reaches the team, without duplicates, lost data or missed emergencies.
What we built
- Webhook signature checks and schema validation for incoming call data
- Duplicate protection, retries and error handling
- Google Sheets CRM, Google Calendar booking and SMS and email alerts
- Emergency escalation rules, such as a gas smell or no heat with vulnerable people
- Automated tests using synthetic calls only
