Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of kandakaai.com, operated by Kandaka AI in Calgary, Alberta. Paid client work is governed by a separate written agreement or proposal, which takes priority over these terms.
Information on this site
We aim to keep service descriptions and prices accurate. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout or on your invoice. Offers marked "Concept demonstration" use fictional data, and offers marked "In development" are not yet available for purchase.
The $99 Custom AI Experience
- What you get: a short, customized AI demonstration built from your business information, services, common questions and an example workflow. It's a one-time payment of CAD $99, with no subscription.
- Timing: after payment we'll ask you for your business details. We deliver within 5 business days of receiving them.
- Refunds: you get a full refund if you ask before we start building. Once we've started, the fee isn't refundable.
- Credit: if you sign an implementation agreement with us within 60 days of delivery, we credit the CAD $99 toward your implementation fee.
- Checkout: payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe may show the price in your local currency; you can choose to pay in CAD.

Demonstrations
Interactive demos show how a system could behave. They don't book real appointments, contact real businesses, or provide professional, medical, technical or safety advice.
No guaranteed results
Advertising, search and conversion results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, offer and budget. We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, rankings or calls. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the ad platform and are separate from our management fees.
Intellectual property
The content and design of this site belong to Kandaka AI. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Liability
This site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Kandaka AI is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
